Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately we cannot honor a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A valid order number must be provided upon your request for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be issued for approved returns only, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days minus the original shipping cost.

If you are experiencing an extended delay in receiving your refund after it has been issued, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire, as processing times may vary.

 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Exchanges will only be processed for products of the same style and value.

PLEASE NOTE: We will provide one valid return shipping label per return order request. If an item must be returned or exchanged more than once, you will then be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are personally shipping back any returned item(s) to initiate a refund or exchange, we recommend using a trackable parcel service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will successfully receive your returned shipment.
