Shipping policy

Our products are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping options are provided upon checkout.

We do our best to get your order delivered on-time. However, shipments in transit may experience delays due to reasons beyond our control. Certain circumstances may also impact the timely delivery of your order, such as periods of high shipping volume due to busy holiday shopping seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day). During those times, consider placing your orders early.

When your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing instructions for tracking the status of your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE A SHIPPING TRACKING # HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO YOU, AND THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AT THE CARRIER'S FACILITY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE. 

If your package is not received, we will work with you to track the delivery or to find a reasonable solution, but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES.
